Terri Martin was born in Florence, Alabama, and relocated to the Greater Montgomery area at a very young age when her father retired from Military Service. Having lived in the area practically all of her life, she knows the capitol city and its surroundings and realizes the importance of being familiar with the entire tri-county area when it comes to helping people decide where they would like to call home. Real Estate, moreover Relocation, is Terri's passion, but nothing compares to her two wonderful children, Eric and Stephanie. She has always said the best gift she could receive from life would be motherhood, which was the reason she chose to be a stay-at-home mom for her children. Both of her children were extremely involved in activities all throughout the tri-county area, which is probably the most important reason for Terri's familiarity with greater Montgomery. |

After working for the State of Alabama, she chose to work out of her home and owned a successful beauty pageant business for the states of Mississippi and Louisiana. Twelve years ago she joined The David Kahn Company where she has become a multi-million dollar top producer and has become very well respected in the relocation industry world wide.
When meeting Terri if you choose to “talk real estate”, you will hear much about relocation, as this is definitely the element of real estate that she enjoys the most. Meeting and talking with people from all over the world is the most exciting part of her day, and the anticipation of introducing newcomers to the area is what makes her love the business of real estate and relocation.
Over the years, Terri has worked hard to acquire many designations not only for herself, but for The David Kahn Company also. She feels that professional service is enhanced by continuing education and courses of study and that they help her to gain the trust and confidence of her clients.
